Check-in time is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am
Rates are subject to Maine's 8% lodging tax. Some rooms can accommodate additional persons; please add $25 per person.
Deposit: A deposit equal to your room charge for one night's stay is required. The deposit will be applied to the first night of your confirmed reservation. Stays of seven consecutive nights receive a 10% discount.
Two-night minimums on most weekends July through September.
Cancellations: A cancellation notice of 14 days or more is required to ensure a refund of your deposit. A $25.00 service charge applies to all cancellations.
Pets: Pets are welcome in only certain rooms of our Meeting House Annex by prior arrangement, at an additional $20 per night charge. Only one pet is allowed per room. Pets are not allowed in the public rooms of the Inn; Meeting House or on the grounds.
Smoking: A non-smoking policy is strictly enforced. The East Wind Inn does not permit smoking in the guest rooms or public areas of its buildings or on the porches of the buildings.
Guests are required to carry own luggage. The East Wind Inn is not equipped with an elevator and it is recommended to our guests to keep this in mind while selecting rooms.
